What the Movement is ?
The C to I Movement (c2i) is a global call for transforming the way we carry ourselves — both physically and emotionally. At its core, it is about replacing the “C” posture—the slouch, curve, or crouch that reflects fatigue, disinterest, or imbalance—with the “I” posture, a symbol of confidence, clarity, and strength.
In today’s world, dominated by long hours at desks, excessive smartphone use, and sedentary lifestyles, our natural upright stance has been compromised. This shift from “I” to “C” is not just a matter of appearance; it impacts our health, energy, and even the way society perceives us. Poor posture leads to back pain, fatigue, and spinal disorders, while good posture enhances breathing, boosts self-confidence, and projects leadership.
The #Seedhehojao initiative by GoodCivil Foundation is about igniting awareness and inspiring behavioral change. It aims to create a culture where correct posture is not an afterthought but a way of life — for students in classrooms, professionals in offices, leaders on stage, athletes in the field, and every individual in everyday life.
This movement envisions the C to I symbol as a universal reminder — a gentle nudge to sit upright, stand tall, and move with confidence. Much like a safety sign that instinctively alerts us, the C to I symbol encourages an immediate posture correction.
Our mission is simple yet powerful: to see this symbol adopted across schools, workplaces, public spaces, transport hubs, and homes, sparking a worldwide revolution in how people present themselves. By correcting the basics of how we stand and sit, we aim to build healthier bodies, stronger minds, and more confident societies.
The C to I Movement is more than posture correction — it is a leadership language, a statement of self-respect, and a path to physical and mental well-being.
